A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby.authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont the agreement -
between The City of Beaumont and The State of Texas for
Safety Lighting at the intersection of U.S. 69 East and
West Frontage Roads with S.H. 105 in Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, said agreement bearing the date of July 1,
1969.
PASSED by the City Council this 1st day of July,
1969.
