A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That.the City Manager be, and he is; hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont the change order
dated June 11, 1969, in regard to the contract with Gatlin
Asphalt Company for the hot mix asphalt overlay program;
the original contract being dated May 21, 1969; the extra
work authorized by said change order being the addition of
Gulf Street from North to Wiess to the streets to be hot mix
asphalt overlayed; said change order being in the amount of
$11,229.75; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest
to same and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 1'7.A*;( day of June,
1969.
