A RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of May, 1969, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, filed with the County Clerk of Jefferson County,
Texas, one certain lien in the amount of $7. 50, covering Lot
SIXTEEN (16), in Block Number TWELVE (12) of the BOOKER
HEIGHTS ADDITION to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, which said lien is recorded in the M & L Records of said
County in Volume 1319 at Page 114; and,
WHEREAS, Novella Williams Lumbert, the owner of
said property, desires ,to pay to the City of Beaumont the money rep-
resented by said lien and have same released to ,them:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
That JAMES D. McNICHOLAS, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized
to execute and deliver to the said Novella Williams Lumbert, a release
of the above described lien, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to same and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
