A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of May, 1969, The City
of Beaumont, Texas, filed with the County Clerk of Jefferson
County, Texas., one certain lien in the amount of $7.50,
covering the West Fifty (50) Feet of Lot Thirteen (13), in
Block Thirty;=One (31) of the GULF TERRACE ADDITION to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which said lien
is recorded in the M & L Records of said County in Volume
1319 at Page 104; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Building and Loan Company, the
owners of said property, desire to pay to the City of
$eaumont the money represented by said lien and have same
released to them:
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
That JAMES D. McNICHOLAS, Mayor, be, and he is hereby
authorized to execute and deliver to the said Gulf Building
and Loan Company, a release of the above described lien,
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same
and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.

of 1969.
