A RES OLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of The City of Beaumont the contract with
Booth Roofing Company, Inc. in regard to roofing the exhi-
bition building at the South Texas State Fairgrounds according
to the terms .of said contract; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of The
City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 22nd day of April,
1969.
