A. RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of The City of Beaumont a License Agreement
dated April 29, 1969, allowing Humble Pipe Line Company to
install an eight (8") inch pipe line through a twelve (12")
inch conduit crossing under Lafin Drive in the Heflebower
and Scott Subdivision, J. W. Bullock Survey A-7, City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,in the locationsand manner
as shown on plats attached to said agreement; and the City
Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said agreement and
to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 29th day of April,
1969.
