BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of The City of Beaumont a License Agreement
dated April 29, 1969, allowing Humble Pipe Line Company to
install an eight (8") inch pipe line through a twelve (1211)
inch conduit crossing under Warren Street in the M. C.
Cartwright Subdivision, J. W. Bullock Survey A-7, City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, in the locations and
manner as shown on plats attached to said agreement; and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said agree-
ment and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
