A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the developers of Towne Oaks Place, Block
1, Lot 1, have completed the street, storm drainage, water
line, and sanitary sewer improvements serving said addition;
the street improvements on Lexington Drive consist of six
inch (6") reinforced concrete pavement with six inch (6")
concrete curb, for a width of forty-one feet (41') from back
to back of curb; and the developers of said addition are
desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained
by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said
improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintanance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by The City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, storm drainage, water line, and sanitary
sewer improvements,:--as-above described, in Towne Oaks Place
be and the same are hereby accepted by The.City of Beaumont
and shall be continuously maintained by the said city.
PASSED by the City Council this the 29th day of
April, 1969.
