A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT) TEXAS:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
on behalf of The City of Beaumont an instrument granting a
drainage easement to Drainage District No. 6, said easement
being a 40 foot strip off of the west and south sides of
Block 19 of the M. C. Cartwright Subdivision in the Annie
T. Warren Subdivision, J. W. Bullock Survey, Jefferson
County, Texas; and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 22nd day of
April, 1969.
