A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS,.the developers of Sheraton Woods Addition,
Block 4; Lots 7 through 24, Block 5, Lots 12 through 15,
have completed the street, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and
water line improvements serving said addition; the street
improvements on Wilder Drive, Coronado Circle, and Elaine
Drive consist of five (5) inch thick reinforced concrete
with integral curb, for a width of. -twenty-seven (27') feet
from back of curb to back of curb; andihe developers of said
addition are desirous of having these improvements accepted
and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said
improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by The City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water line
improvements, as above described, in Sheraton Woods Addition
be and the same are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont
and shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
PASSED by the City Council this 8th day of April, 1969.
