A RE SOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to execute and deliver that certain license
agreement by and between The City of Beaumont, Texas, and
The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, covering
the construction and maintenance of a eight (8) inch sanitary
sewer line, and the location of said sewer line being shown
on print attached to said License Agreement, marked Exhibit
"A"', and shown in red on said print No. D.E.O.T. 7076, dated
February 28, 1969.
PASSED by the City Council this 25th day of March,
1969.
