A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is'hereby, authorized to
make final payment in the amount of $63,054.28 to Union
Switch and Signal Construction Company as full and final
payment of that certain contract executed on the 15th day
of March, 1966, between The City of Beaumont and Union
Switch and Signal Construction Company; said contract pro-
viding for the construction of a Route Type Interlocking
and Traffic Control System for Missouri Pacific Railroad
Company; said contract being further designated as Railroad
Relocation Project XV..
PASSED by the City Council this the 25th day of
March, 1969.
