A RE SOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL'OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
make final payment in the amount of $66,745.01 to Union
Switch and Signal Construction Company as full and final
payment of that certain contract executed on the 15th day of
March, 1966, between The City of Beaumont and Union Switch
and Signal Construction Company; said contract providing for
the construction of a Route Type Interlocking and Traffic
Control System for the Kansas City Southern Railway Company;
said contract being further designated as Railroad Relocation
Project No. XIV.
1969.
PASSED by the City Council this the 25th day of March,
