A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of The City of Beaumont the agreement between The
City of Beaumont and The 'State of Texas for Safety Lighting
at the intersection of U.S. 69 North and South Frontage
Roads with S. H. 124 in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
said agreement bearing the date of March 11, 1969.
PASSED by the City Council this 11th day of March,
1969.
