A RESOLUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on
behalf of the City of Beaumont, the letter agreement dated
January 10, 1969, between the Southern Pacific Company, the
Atchison, Topeka and Sante Fe Railroad Company, the Port of
Beaumont"'Navagation District and the City of Beaumont, for
the purpose clarifying and making certain the width of the
running track easement provided for in the Port Exchange Yard
Agreement dated the 5th day of February, 1969.
PASSED by the City Council this day of
February, 1969.
