�- A. R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 19th .day of September, 1966, The
City of Beaumont, Texas, filed with the County Clerk of
Jefferson County, Texas, one certain lien in the amount of
$120.20, covering Lot 9, Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
and 8, Block 2; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block 4,
all in Piney Wood Addition to The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, which said lien is recorded in the M & L
Records of said county in Volume 1213 -at page 331; and,
WHEREAS, Cranbrook Corporation, the owner of said
property, desires to pay to The City of Beaumont the money
represented by said lien and have same released to them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That James D. McNicholas, Mayor, be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute and deliver to the said Cranbrook
Corporation, a release of the above described lien, and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix
the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
