A RE SOLUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That James D. McNicholas, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized
to execute,for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont,the Port
Exchange Yard Agreement dated February 5, 1969 ,
by and between Southern Pacific Company, The Kansas City
Southern Railway Company, Missouri Pacific Railroad Company,
The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, The City
of Beaumont and The Port of Beaumont Navigation District of
Jefferson County, Texas; providing for the construction and
financing of the Port Exchange Yard as defined therein and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 11th day of
February, 1969.
