A. R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of The City of Beaumont the contract with
F. Gatlin Asphalt Company dated January 16, 1969, in regard
to hard surfacing 40' x 60' play areas in Pine Street Park,
Carroll Street Park and Central Park according to the terms
of said contract; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
attest to same and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont
thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this day of
1969.
