A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developers of Westmont, Addition,
Block 1, Lot 7, Block 2, Lot 16, Block 3, Lots 1 and 18
through 27, and Block 4, Lots 1 through 17, have completed
the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer im-
provements serving said addition; the improvements on.Wier
Drive, Diane Drive and Westmont Drive consist of five (5")
inch reinforced concrete pavement with six (6") inch
integral curb for a width of twenty-seven (27') feet from
back of curb to back of curb; and the developers of said
addition are desirous of having these improvements accepted
and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said
improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent mainta-
nance; and the City Council is of the opinion that said
improvements should be accepted and maintained by The City
of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line and sanitary sewer im-
provements,.as:;above described, in Westmont Addition, be and
the same are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont and
shall be continuously maintained by the said city.
PASSED by the City Council this 14th day of
January, 1969.
