A RE SOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of Tne City of Beaumont the contract with
Hurricane Fence Company dated January 14, 1969, in regard to
the Tyrrell Park Lift Station according to the terms of said
contract; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest
to same and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 14th day of
January, 1969.
