A RESOLUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
the License Agreement dated January 7, 1969, between Tfte City
of Beaumont and Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6
granting to said Drainage District the right to construct and
maintain an underground drainage -structure upon the North one-
half of Hickory Street between the East line of Cypress Street
and the Neches River; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to said'agreement and to affix the Seal of The City
of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 7th day of January,
1969.
