HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 87-FAN' ORDI NANCE ENTITLED THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE" PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE OF THE INCOME AND REVENUE OF THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF BEAUMON T, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ANNUAL BUDGET HERETOFORE ADOPTED AND APPROVED FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR., 1927, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISti ION OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: SECTION I. There being no ordinance in effect making appropriations for the year 1927, as required by the Charter of the City of Beaumont, and it being necessary that expenditures be authorized in accord- ance with the annual budget., creates an immediate publicemergency - necessitating the suspension of the rule requiring ordinances to be read.on three several days befoi�e passage; wherefore, said rule is hereby suspended and it is enacted that this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and signature of the Mayor: Passed this 25th day of October, A.
