Providing that the City Commission shall be the agency
to control and manage "The Tyrrell Public Library."
WHMZEAS, it is the desire of the City of Beaumont that
"The Tyrrell Public Library" shall be immediately furnished and
equipped and opened for the use of the public, and
4HEREAS, in his conveyance of the Library to the City of
Beaumont on the 21st day of June, 1923, Capt. C. Tyrrell provided
that the City of Beaumont shall establish some agency for the control
and management of "The Tyrrell Public Librry";

That the City Commission shall be and it is hereby
established and created as the agency for the control and
management of "The Tyrrell :public Library".
Section 2.
