That $5,000,00 of the indebtedness evidenced by certificate be paid to the Uvalde Rock Asphalt Company by the issuance and delivery to said cornrany of " City of Beaumont Street Improvement Warrants -Uvalde Frock asphalt Company Series Nos 25 tO 29 inclusive, aggregating $5.000.00 of an issue of thirty five warrants of the denomination of $1.000.00 each, aepregating $35.000.00 dated June 1st, 1924, bearing interest at the rate of Seven (?%) per cent -rer annum, authorized to be issued by an ordinance passed by the City Commission of the City of Beaumont on the 6th day of Yjay A. D. 1924, recorded in book J5, paa,es 32 et sect, of the minutes of said commission. That said City of Beaurnont has received full value and condideration for said warrants numbers 25 to 29 inclusive.
