AUDITING AND ALLOWING CLAIK OF THE UVALDE ROCK ASPHALT COMPANY FOR THE CONTRACT PRICE OF WORK PERFORMED UNDER THE CONTRACST BETtix 'N SAID COMPANY AND SAID CITYR,AS COVERED BY CERTIFICATES FURNISHED BY THE CITY ENGINEER,, AND AUTHORIZING THE DELIVERY TO SAID COMPANY OF THE CITY OF BEAUKONT STREET IMPROVEMENT WARRANTS,. UVALDE ROCK ASPHALT COMPANY SERIES„ TO THE .AtIOUNT OF $3.000.00,, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
