AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS (0150 000.00) TO BE ISSUED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND REPAIRING.,OF PUBLIC FREE SCHOOL; BUILDINGS AND TIE' PURCHASING OR OTHERWI'SE.ACQUIRING OF iM NECESSARY GROUNDS THMEFOR; PROVIDING FOR TM LEVYING AND COLLECTING OF THE' NECESSARY TAXES TO PAY.
