ITHERIMS, all of the lots and land in Block No. twenty-six
(26): HQ.Faddin Second "ddition to the Gity of Beaumont is owned
by C. g. Graham,, Juniorj J.C. Stedman, R.S. Barber, Ed Stedman,
Junior and Ed Stedman; and
WHEREAS, such owners have -.o etitioned the 'Gity Gommissi on
to have the alley located in said Block No. -twenty-aim (26)
vacated and closed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 01MAINM) BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

same `is hereby authorized and ordered to be-. 'Vacated and •closed,

We, the undersigned, being all the owners
of property in Block No. Twenty -Six U61 of the
McFaddin Second Addition to the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, tame being bounded by
Fifth Street, Sixth Street, North Street and Hazel
Avenue, respectfully ask and urge that you pass the
necessary order vacating and closing alley running
through said Block from Fifth Street to Sixth Street.
