VVHEREAS, a petition duly signed by Mrs; M: 'Kessinger, J. E.
McDonald Josephine Hanlen; R. L. Northcott, Mrs. Ed Silverberg,
C. L. MUlican, T: C. Hill, A. M.'Moore, Mary E: Wirick, Mrs,
Julian Blanchette, H. J. Anderson, Mrs*- Sena Sorensen, and H. C.
owners oners of all the property in Block No. 12 of the Joachimi
Addition to the. City of Beaumont, has been presented to the City
Commission of the City of Beaumont, requesting that such alley
be closed and vacated.
NOW, T HEPLEFO RE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
C0181IS SION OF - TIE CITY OF EEAUMONT:
That the alley located in Block No. 12 of the Joachimi Addition
to the City of Beaumont be, and the same is ' hereby authorized to
be vacated and closed, and that the title to such alley shall revert
to and becc.e the property of the respective owners of the land in
said block_ bordering on said alley, as provided by law; provided,
however, that the closing of this alley shall in no way affect the
rights of the City as to placing and maintaining therein of any
sewer or water lines or any other service or utility of the City,
all of which rights are hereby reserved:
