WHEREAS, pursuarxt to the raquiremaats of Subdivisi on (h) of
Section SO of the Charter of the City of Beatmmont, the City C.orrmission

attorneys owning property abutting on the above named street, and
ca113ria upon s11 persons interested in said matter to appear armM show
c esus a, in conformity with the provisions of the Charter above referred to, -

WHEREAS, a fu11 and fair hawing in corsf-ormity with the Charter
and laaw in such camas having been had in coxlformity with said notices and

the adjudication of all spacial benefits accruing to st2csh owners by means
of such improvements, and said hearing having bean duly closed; and

That there is hereby assessed against the several. owners of pro-
perty and against their respective property abutting on Hamel Avarua frown

The lot, lots, parts of lots, blocks or tracts of land on which
said tax i s levied. and assessed - are hereines£tar described, together with

tracts of land, the Hama or Hamas of the owner or owners thereof,and the
proportionate amount of tha cost of said paving, and gutter, aril the cost
of said curbing to ba borne arid. paid. for by such owner or owners as
