AN ORDINANCE
Authorizing thevacating and closing of the alley located in
Block 15 (Fifteen) of the Blanchette Second Addition to the City
of Beaumont.
WIEREAS, A petition duly signed by Chas. A. Sternenberg,
J.A. Bellar, F.W. Sternenberg, Clarn E. Sternenberg, E.B. Patter-
son, Mrs. Della Lee and WA.lter Nebgen, owners of Block 15 (Fifteen)
of the Blanchette Second Addition has been presented to the City
Commission of the City of Beaumont requesting that such alley be
closed and vacated.
NOW, T'�EFORE . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COIMISS IO N OF THE CITY OF BEAMONT :
That the alley located in Block Fifteen (15) of the B1A.n-
chette Second Addition to the City of Beaumont be, and the same
is, hereby authorized to be vacated and closed, and that the
title to such alley shall revert to and become the property
of the respective owners of the land in said block bordering
on said alley, as provided by law: orovided, however, that the
closing of this alley shall in no way affect the rights of the
City as to placing and maintaining therein of any sewer or eater
lines, or any other service or utility of the City, �r owners
of property in said blocks, all of which rights are hereby
reserved.
