AN ORD INANCE
Authorizin the vacating and closing of the -alley located
in Block One (1) of the Lucian Harris Addition to the City of
Beaumont.
'WHEREAS, a petition duly signed by Albert Fowler and
Joseph Mazzagatti, owners of Block One (1) of the Lucian Harris
Addition to the City of Beaumont, has been presented to the
City Commission of the City of Beaumont requesting that such
alley be closed and vacated.
NOW ,_-THEREFORE, BE- IT -ORDAINED-=BY THE CITY-
COY -MISSION OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
That the alley located in Block One (1) of the Lucian
Harris Addition to the City of Beaumont be, and the same is,
hereby authorized to be vacated.and closed, and that the title
to such alley shall revert to and become the property of the
respective owners of the land in said block bordering on said
alley, as provided by law; provided, however, that the closing
of this alley shall in no way af`'ect the rights of the City as
to placing and maintaining therein of any sewer or water lines,
or any other service or utility of the City, or owner of property
in said block, all of whichights are hereby reserved.
