sion of the city of Beaumont requesting
'o that such alley be closed and vacated.
A Now, therefore, be it ordained by the

%o That the alley located in Block One, (1)
of the South Park addition to the city of
1eBeaumont be, and the same is, hereby
1- authorized to be vacated and closed, and
s that the title to such alley shall revert
r to and become the property of. the re-
