BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase and installation of new splash pad
equipment for use by the Parks and Recreation Department to replace existing
equipment at Central Park and Charlton Pollard Park from Kraftsman Commercial
Playgrounds & Water Parks, of Spring, Texas, in the amount of $76,879.25 for Central
Park and $66,165.43 for Charlton Pollard Park through the BuyBoard Cooperative
Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
