sI REAS, a petition duly signed by G.A. Riggs, L_K. Hicks,
Carol Ferguson,. K..E .. Bertram, Carl Garrett, J.T. Booth, J.E.
White, 1rs. F.C. Tatum, John 0. Banks and filrs. E.S..Charlton,
owners of Block Eleven (11) of the Ogden Addition to the City
of Beaumont, has'. been presented to the City Commission of the.
City of Beaumont requesting that such alley be closed and vacat
ed.

COMEIISSION OF THE CITY OF BEAU.11ONT
That the alley located in Block Eleven (11) of the
Ogden Addition to the City -of Beaumont be, and the same is,
hereby authorized to be vacated and closed, and that the title
to such alley shall revert to and become the property of the
respective owners of the land in said blocks bordering on said,
alley, as provided by law; provided, however, that the closing
of this alley shall in no way affect the rights of the City as
to placing and maintaining therein of any sewer - or water lines,
or any other service or utility of the City;- or owner of
property in said block, all of which rights are hereby e�ved.
