In accordance rrith the proceedings heretofore
had by your Honorable Body pertaining to the iiii-provement of
T, inor Street, from the south property line of South Street
southyimrd to the north property. line of Pecos Street, I wish
to inforiil you that the contractor, `!'rotti &; Thomson, Inc., has
performed and completed all o_' the tor. in i,iiproving; said street
in accordance ,rith the Plans, Specifications and the Contract
therefor dated October 28, 1948, said ifork being more partic-
ularly described as the construction thereupon of a Three -
Course Hot i.1ix Asphaltic Concrete Paver,ient of Five (5i1) Inches
total thickness with inverted concrete curb Type I, drainage
lines and facilities and other appurtenances to such work.
I have examined the work done as ;ger that
certain Contract of October 28, 1948, and find that the con-
tractor, Trotti & Thomson, Inc., has completed the work in.a
proper and highly satisfactory manner, and in full accordance
with the Plans, Specifications. and the Contract herein referr-
ed to.
Therefore, I recommend that the City Council
accept and receive this work.
