ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE 40-5
AND.ARTICLE 40-13 OF THE REVISED CODE -OF CIVIL
AND CRIMINAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY_OF BEAUMONT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Articles 40-5 and 40-13 of the Revised Code of Civil and
Criminal Ordinances of The City of Beaumont be and the same
are hereby in all things repealed.
PASSED by the City Council this 25th day of January,
