Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Beaumont that the aforesaid offer to purchase the above
described property hereby accepted and the Vlayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute and deliver on behalf of the City
of Beaumont a quitclaim deed conveying unto the Beaur(iont Real Estate
and Development Company, a Corporation, all of the right, title,
interest, claim, estate and demand of the City of Beaumont the State
of Texas, the County of Jefferson and the French Independent School
District in the above described property derived by reason of said
Sheriff's deed.
