ENTITLED AN. ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
FIFTEEN (15) FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOTS
SIX (6) AND SEVEN (7), BLOCK FOUR (4) OF ANDER--
SON ESTATES ADDITION, UNIT II, IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, FULLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the following described fifteen (15) foot wide utility ease-
ment in Lots. Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Four (4) of Anderson
Estates Addition, Unit'II' in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, to wit:
Fifteen (15) foot wide utility easement being one
hundred thirty (130) feet in length along the com-
mon lot line of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Block
Four (4), Anderson Estates Addition, Unit.Two (2);
and being eleven (11) feet in Lot Six (6) and four
(4) feet in Lot Seven (7), and extending from the
East line of Williamsburg Lane eastward to a point
five (5) feet west of the east lines of said Lots;
beb and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert t-o and become the property of the
persons. entitled thereto as provided by law.
1962.
PASSED by the City Council this 18th day of December, A.D.

Reference: Abandonment of Utility Easement, Lots 6 and 7, Block .4,
Anderson Estates, Unit II:
Gentlemen:
At the regular session of the Planning and Zoning Commission
on December 17, 1962, the Commission, with eight (8) members present
voted unanimously in favor of the abandonment and closure of the
following utility easement:
Being 15 feet wide by 130 feet long along the
common line.of Lots 6 and 7, Block 4,
Anderson Estates, Unit.II.
The Commission recommends that this request and abandonment
be granted.

Description is!
Fifteen (15) foot wide Utility -Easement being one hundred thirty,-
-'(130)' feet in length along the common lot line of mots Six (6)
and Seven ,(7) ,' Block Four --(4) ,. Anderson Estates Addition Unit
Two (2); and being Eleven (11) feet in Lot Six (6)-and four (4)
feet in` Lot Seven (7), and extending from the, East line of -
-Williamsburg Lane Eastward to a point five (5) feet West of
the East Lines o£ said lots.
This abandonment -is set -for hearing before the, Planning and Zoning.
Commission on December'17, 1962, and their recommendation will be -
forwarded to City Manager same day.
