ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING ;AND ABANDONING A
10-FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT EXTENDING THROUGH
BLOCK 23, McFADDIN HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS., FULLY DE-
SCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the following described 10-foot (101) wide utility easement,
to wit:
Being that certain ten (10) foot wide utility
easement extending through Block 23, McFaddin
Heights Addition to The City of Beaumont, Jef-
ferson County, Texas, as shown.on the Replat
of a portion of McFaddin Heights Addition ap-
proved by the City Planning Commission of The
City of Beaumont on January 75 1947; said ease-
ment being across the east ends of Lots 1 through
6 and across the west ends of Lots 7 through 12
of said Block,
in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, be, and the same
is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont hereby relin-
quishes any and all right, title and interest it had or might have
had in and to such utility easement.
PASSED =-by the City Council this 21st day of November,
A. D. 1961.
