15.-FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENTS IN WESTGATE ADDI_
TION.TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS_, FULLY DESCRIBED.HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: TEXAS:
That the following described 15-foot (15T) wide utility easements
in Westgate Addition to The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, ;..to wit:
Easement No. l: Being that certain fifteen (15)
foot wide utility easement lying between Lots 15
and 16, Black 2 of the Westgate Addition and be-
ing seven and five tenths (7.5) feet each side
of the common line of said lots 15.and 16;
Easement No. 2: Being that certain fifteen (15)
foot wide utility easement lying between.Lots 13
and 14, Block 4 of the Westgate Addition and be-
ing seven and five tenths (7.5) feet each side
of the common line -of said Lots 13 and 14;
be, and the same are hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto .as provided by law; and The City of Beau
mont hereby relinquishes any and all right, title, and interest it
had or might have had. nand to such utility easements.
