ENTITLED.AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-3.8
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS;
PROVIDING.A FEE FOR DOG LICENSES; PROVIDING
THE PERIOD DURING WHICH SUCH LICENSES SHALL'
-BE VALID.; AND PROVIDING.A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That Section 6.-38 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas,
is.hereby amended to read as follows:
I.
"Section 6"38. Same - Fee., -Period of validity.
The fee for such license shall be one dollar.,
payable in -advance, for the period of validity
of such -license. Each license shall be valid
for twelve calendar months following the month
in which the dog, for -which the license is is-
sued, is vaccinated. tt

That any person who shall violate any provision of this
ordinance shall be. guilty of amisdemeanor and upon conviction
shall be punished as provided in'Section l:-8 of the -Code of. Ordi,-
nances.of Beaumont, Texas.
