AN ORDINANCE
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING. AND ABANDONING A
5--FOOT WIDE -UTILITY- EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 13 AND
14, AND A 5-FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN
LOTS 20 AND 21, IN BLOCK 3 OF OAKHILL TERRACE AD-
DITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, 'JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BRIT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the following described 5-foot wide utility easements, to wit:
Easement No. 1: That certain five (5) foot wide
utility easement shown on the plat of Oakhill Ter-
race Addition to The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, over and across Lots 13 and 14,
Block 3 of said Addition, said easement being two
.and five tenths (2.5) feet each side of the common
line of said Lots 13 and 14.
Easement No. 2: That certain five (5) foot wide
utility easement shown on the plat of Oakhill Ter-
race Addition to The. City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, over and across Lots 20 and 21,
Block 3 of said Addition, said easement being two.
and five tenths (2.5) feet each side of the .common
line of said Lots 20 and 21;
in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, be, and the same
are hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto as provided by law; and. The City of Beaumont hereby relin-
quishes any and all right, title and interest it had or might have
had in and to such utility easements.
