CIALS OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT A QUIT-
CLAIM DEED CONVEYING ALI, OF THE CITYIS RIGHT, TITLE_
AND INTEREST IN AND TO ALL OF THAT RIGHT OF WAY OF
THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD. COMPANY ADJACENT TO
AND ABUTTING LOTS 17 AND 18 IN BLOCK 21 OF THE JAR-
RETT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, TO E. E. BISCAMP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That C. H. LeBlanc, Mayor, be, and he is hereby, authorized to exe-
cute and deliver for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont a quit-
claim deed to E. E. Biscamp, conveying all of the Ci:ty's right, title
and interest in and -to the hereinafter described property:
All of that right of way of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad Company (Beaumont, Sour Lake & Western
Railroad Company) adjacent to and abutting Lots
Seventeen and Eighteen in Block Twenty-one of the
Jarrett Addition to The City of Beaumont, Jeffer-
son County, Texas, as the same appears on the map
or plat of said addition on file in the office of
the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said instrument
and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
