ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
15-FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT 72 FEET ON LOT 4
AND 72 FEET ON LOT 5 OF BLOCK 13 OF SUBURBAN ACRES
ADDITION, UNIT II, IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEF-
FERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain 15-foot utility easement described as follows:
A 15-foot wide utility easement 72 feet on Lot 4
and 72 feet on Lot 5 of Block 13 of Suburban Acres
Addition, Unit II, same being along the south or
southeast boundary line of said Lot 4 and the north
or northwest boundary line of said Lot 5,
in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, be, and the same
is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont hereby relin-
quishes any and all right, title and interest it had or might have
had in and to such utility
easement.
