Review and discuss the proposed Small Cell Ordinance
GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Consider an ordinance repealing in its entirety Article 14.03, Division 4, Right of
Way Management Regulations of Chapter 14, Streets and Sidewalks, of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Beaumont and replacing it with the New Article
14.03, Division 4, Right of Way Management Regulations, to conform to new
rules adopted by the FCC -Federal Communications Commission regarding Small
Cell Technology

Consider matters related to contemplated or pending litigation in accordance with

CONSENT AGENDA
Approval of minutes — March 26, 2019
Confirmation of board and commission member appointments
Sina Nejad-Engineer would be reappointed to the Building Board of Appeals. The current term
would expire January 24, 2021. (Mayor Becky Ames)
Wayne E. Duerler-Fire Representative would be reappointed to the Building Board of Appeals.
The current term would expire February 7, 2021. (Mayor Becky Ames)
A) Authorize the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the South East Texas
Regional Planning Commission for regional emergency notification registration
B) Approve a resolution adopting a Title VI Program and Language Assistance Plan for
persons served by Beaumont Municipal Transit
