ACCORDANCE WITH THE ".CHARTER OF 'THE. CITY- OF .BEAUMONT;
APPORTIONING THE FUNDS OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT; REPEAL-
ING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS, OF ORDINANCES .IN CONFLICT
. HEREWITH . . .
Z'=EAS,. the City Manager of,Th'e City of Beaumont has sub-
witted to:the-City Council a budget. estimate_ of the "revenues of said
City and the expenses"of "conductingthe .affairs -.thereof for -the en-
suing fiscal year, beginning July 1-, 1959 -and ending June 30, 1960,
and, which said estimate has . been;';compiled .from detailed information
obtained from the 'sev' eral. depa'riments, divisions'' and 'offices of the
City, containing all of, .the information as required by the Charter..of
The City of. Beaumont.; "and;
WHEREAS; the. City Council "-has received -said City `Manager's
estimate and is of the opinion that th.e.,same-should be approved and
adopted as required"by* the" Charter of The City of" -Beaumont;.
..NOW1 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
TEXAS:
Section -1.
That the.budget estimate of the -revenues of The City.of -Beau-
" wont and the expenses of -conducting the. affairs- thereof ,for. the ensu-
ing fiscal year, beginning July 1, ' 1959.. and ending June 301. 19601 as
submitted to the City Council by the City Manager;of.said City, bell -
and the same"is, in all things adopted and approved as the budget esti-
mate of fall of the current expenses as well as the fixed charges
against said City for the., fiscal. - year beginning", the 1st day of July,
1959 and 'ending the 30th day of June, 1960.
Section 2.
That there is hereby appropriated- out of the'General Fund the
sum of $4,159,141.00 for"the following purposes:'

Radio Frequency, 61;.460.00 -
Sectibn. 3.
That there Is. hereby appropriated out of.the following funds
the sums indicated and for the purposes stated:

That there.is heteby'appropriated out of the General Debt

accruing interest and redeeming -the serial bonds as -.they mature, to
