AN ORDINANCE GIVING THE CONSENT OF THE CITY OF BEAU-
MONT, -.TEXAS, TO MISSOURI . PACIFIC RAILROAD , COMPANY,
AND.SO.AUTHORIZING MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY,
TO -CONSTRUCT,.r,aINTAIN AND OPERATE RAILROAD TRACKS
IN AND ACROSS.11TH.STREET, LINDBERG DRIVE, COBURN
DRIVE, PINCHBACK,ROAD AND'LANGHAM ROAD.IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS.
T�JMREAS, the City -'of Beaumont has entered into a contract
with Missouri Pacific.Railroad Company involving the -relocation of
said railroad company's main line between a point just east of
Elizabeth 'to a point east of llth Street in Beaumont; and
TrLHEREAS, in connection with such relocation, it will be
necessary that Missouri Pacific Railroad Company cross certain
streets in relocating its main line of railroad track; .
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
TEXAS:_
That the City of Beaumont, Texas, hereby gives its -consent to Mis-
souri Pacific Railroad Company,.its successors; assigns,'lessees,
licensees and invitees, and so.authorizes Missouri Pacific Railroad
Company, to construct, maintain, repair, operate and use railway
tracks in and across llth Street,'Lindberg Drivel, Coburn Drive,
Pinchback .:Road and Langham Road ,in the City of Beaumont, Texas, and
any other dedicated but unopened streets, -if any, at all points
where Missouri Pacific Railroad., Company's relocated right of tray
crosses over such streets between a point east -of Elizabeth to a
point east of llth Street at Beaumont, Texas.
