SCHAUMBURG, DATED JANU- ARY, 1959;_.SUBJECT TO -THE RIGHT.OF THE CITY -OF BEAU- AMONT TO PLACE -AND MAINTAIN UTILITIES AND TO HAVE PLACED AND MAINTAINED UTILITIES THEREIN. WHEREAS, a petition signed by the owners of all of the prop- erty described as Lot 1, Block 5, Lot 1, Block 12, Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 13, Lot 18, Block 12, Lot 10, Block 10, and'.Lot 14, Block 17 of Unit II, Suburban Acres Addition, has been presented to the City Council of The City of.Beaumont requesting.,that those portions of Law- rence Drivel Sunnydale Lane, Homer Drive, and Post Oak Lane that are shown on the map of Unit II of Suburban Acres as recorded in Vol. 7; Page 193 of the Jefferson County Map Records, which lie outside of the right-of-way lines thereof, as designated on the map prepared by George J.
