AN ORDINANCE
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
TEN (10) FEET WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ACROSS
LOTS 15 THROUGH.26, BLOCK 17 OF THE REPLAT OF POR-
TIONS OF BLOCKS 17, 18 AND 19 OF CALDER PLACE AD-
DITION TO THE. CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the utility easement extending across the following described
track of land, to wit:
Being a utility easement ten (10) feet in width
extending across Lots 15 through.26, Block 17 of
the Replat of portions of Blocks 17, 18 and 19
of Calder Place Addition to The City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, the.east line of said
easement being parallel with and one hundred thirty
(130) feet west of the west line of Twenty -Second
Street as established on said plat,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law, and The City of
Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all right, title and interest
it had or might have had in and to such utility easement.
PASSED by the City Council this �� day of December,
