BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT : That Article. 72-7 (c) of the Code of the City of Beaumont, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1 Article 72-7 (c). The minimum fee for any plumbing permit shall be $2.00. Section 2 Separability and Savings Clause: If any section, sub- section, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitu- tional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such section, sub -section, sentence, clause, phrase or portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and in- dependent provision and such holdings shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining portion thereof.
